Bareheaded, draped, and cuirassed bust of Philip right vis-à-vis draped bust of Serapis left, wearing calathus / Tyche standing facing, holding scepter and cornucopia; to lower right, half-length figure of Pontus Euxinus, personification of the Black Sea facing, head upturned left, wearing crown of crab claws.
