THRACE, Serdica. Caracalla. AD 198-217. Æ Tetrassarion (28.5mm, 16.86 g, 7h). Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind / River-god Oiscus reclining right, holding grape vine and reed, and leaning on urn from which water flows. Ruzicka, Serdica 288; H&J, Serdica 12.18.32.12; Varbanov 2429 corr. (bust type). Yellow-brown surfaces, light porosity. Good Fine. Very rare.
