L. Sulla. Circa 81 BC. Fourée Denarius (18mm, 3.27 g, 7h). Imitating an official issue of an uncertain mint. Diademed head of Venus right / Double cornucopia filled with fruit and flowers, bound with fillet; Q below. Cf. Crawford 375/2 (all references for official issue); cf. Sydenham 755; cf. Cornelia 33; cf. RBW 1398. Iridescent toning, a few small breaks in plating revealing core, some light porosity, scratches under tone. Near VF.
