(S/M#C282-) Watermarked paper. A design type we have not handled outside of specimen notes and certainly a piece that will be one of the highlights in this large offering of notes from the People's Republic of China. Shown in a larger format than most from the 1948-51 issues, with detailed blue frame with counter at left and building at right. Light green under-prints with red serial numbers and signature seals. Back in green with large "50,000" counters flanking a tractor central vignette. PMG mentions PVC damage, although upon close inspection, this problem is nearly undetectable looking through the holder. Certainly a piece that will enhance any collection it enters.
