Seen with a slate blue color with typical perforated left edge and similar design styling to other denominations in the series. Some paper clip rust at right is mentioned along with a few annotations and stamped seals on face and back. A small repair at the lower margin is also seen. PMG Very Fine 25 Net. Repaired, Rust, Ink.
