Printed by TDLR. Specimen serial numbers and overprints. A scarce 1968 dated note which is one that is far more infrequently offered than others. The note presented here is technically outstanding with sharp color and devices found throughout. Close inspection reveals deeply embossed paper and perfect originality. We cannot determine as to why the note did not receive a Gem designation from PMG. PMG Choice Uncirculated 64.
