Cartagena, Colombia (made in New York City for Club Cartagena), uniface silver medal with loop, 1911, Independence Centennial, rare. 11.50 grams, 29mm diameter. Obverse with native-and-palms arms of Cartagena below RECUERDO DE CENTENARIO inside solid ring with wreath beyond; reverse blank but with stamps J.F.J. Co / N.Y. and STERLING at top below integrated loop. Made by the John Frick Jewelry Company in New York City for Club Cartagena in honor of the centennial of Cartagena's independence. Deeply toned AU, similar to one featured on the cover of NumisCol's Boletin Numismatico 90 (2011), but with the additional wording for Club Cartagena at top removed (traces still visible).
