Sharply detailed UNC (or nearly so) with the lustrous silvering still evident on reverse (the rest olive brown), choice dentillated rims, overall much nicer than the AC plate piece (the present example having been acquired a year after publication), scarce variety. XRF obverse: 1.76% silver, 40.05% copper, 52.14% zinc, 4.78% lead; XRF reverse: 3.14% silver, 38.82% copper, 51.20% zinc, 5.51% lead. Pedigreed to the John Adams Collection (with his handwritten tag) and to the Spencer Peck Collection.
