XF+ in a toned pewter color (not Sheffield plate as proposed on tag) due to tin plating, a few minor rim-flaws (as made), finely detailed reverse design that Adams-Chao says would win "a prize for the best Chagre reverse." XRF: 42.34% copper, 34.68% zinc, 4.76% lead, 17.73% tin. Pedigreed to the John Adams Collection (with his handwritten tag).
