USA, New Jersey copper, 1787, double coulter, no sprig above plow, PCGS VF details / environmental damage. Maris-6-D, R.2; W-5050. A crudely struck type which used two late-stage dies, lending to many die-cracks and strike weakness around the date. Very dark brown surfaces with several old scratches in the fields.
