Muling between the Talbot, Allum, & Lee obverse with a reverse featuring philanthropist John Howard (F.R.S.); PAYABLE IN LONDON is incuse on the edge. Choice piece with some central strike weakness due to the pairing of two relatively high-relief designs yet otherwise well detailed with sharp lettering in the legends, dark brown surfaces with some retained luster.
