A very popular medal struck by the US Mint to honor Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation issued just eight years prior. Dark brown surfaces with hints of burgundy tones, exceptional high-relief bust rendering of Lincoln crafted by William Barber, with a few minor contact marks appropriate for the grade.
