Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Banco Central de la Republica Dominicana, 1 peso oro specimen, no date (1947-55), misaligned doubled overprint error, ex-ABNCo archives. Similar to the prior lot, the bank governor's signature and bank seal are doubled and misaligned. However, the secretary's signature is correctly printed. There are some subtle inking differences between the duplicated overprint and the original, perhaps from an ABNCo test print? Slight overinking error? We can only speculate. Choice UNC, two POCs.
