Panama, Banco Central de Emision, 5 balboas specimen, series of 1941, PMG UNC 60 Net. Pick-23s. Colorful specimen note for the short-lived "Arias" series of bank notes which were only issued for seven days in Panama before a coup forced their redemption and destruction. Though there is a residue over the note, the ink colors remain especially strong. There is a rather hidden tear in the center of the top and a small corner piece is missing.
