Kingdom of Macedon, AR tetradrachm, Alexander III (the Great), 336-323 BC, mounted Herakles-side out in silver and 14K gold bracelet, about 6-1/2" long. 48.37 grams total. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion's skin headdress / Zeus seated left, holding eagle in right hand, sceptre in left. Showy and hefty bracelet with coin in custom gold and silver bezel between twisted wire bracelet and gold finishes.
