Very dark and thin from corrosion (five-sided flan) with some of cross and shield visible but nothing else, desirable original-auction pedigree. Pedigreed to the Sotheby & Co. Association auction of January 1970, with original lot-tag 161 (group lot). Recovered from: Association, sunk in 1707 off the Isles of Scilly, southwest of England
