Clump of six USA Seated Liberty half dollars, very rare. KM-A68. 79.46 grams total; approx. 1-3/4" x 1-3/8" x 3/4". A tight stack of coins with thick orange encrustation around the edges but entire obverse of top coin exposed (dark) showing the date 1858, with exposed bottom coin (also dark) showing mintmark O for New Orleans, one of very few coin clumps from this wreck left intact and not separated into individual coins. Recovered from: S.S. Republic, sunk in 1865 off Georgia
