Nice full cross with nearly full tressure and clear bottom of 646 of date (NGC says only "164X," but it is a die-match with Sedwick Auction 10 [10/2011] lot 28, which is clearly dated 1646), also nearly full shield with bold mintmark to right and II-R to left, richly toned in crevices.
