Mexico City, Mexico, cob 4 reales, 1670 G, obverse struck with 8R die, unique, NGC Fine details / obv scratched. S-M20; KM-unl (39 for type); Cal-unl. 13.21 grams. Atypically round flan with full oMG inside of clear bottoms of all four digits of date (not mentioned on label), which is the first example we have ever seen or heard of, the oversized shield somewhat flat with some old scratches, good but partially flat full cross, deeply toned all over. Pedigreed to the Clyde Hubbard Collection, with his original tag/envelope.
