Cartagena, Colombia, copper provisional 2 reales, 1813, NGC MS 61 Brown ("top pop"). Restrepo-136.2; KM-D1. Bold strike with much more detail than usual including nearly full CARTAGENA in legend but date a bit weak, traces of red toning over brown, tied with one other for finest known in the NGC census.
