A scant 16 examples of this Charlton number have been encapsulated by PMG, with this being the first example that we have handled publicly. Union Jack at upper center, with allegorical figures throughout the design. Lovely colors found on the seal and guilloche. The paper is fully original, and this example should draw plenty of bids. This is also the only example on the pop report to have earned the coveted EPQ qualifier, out of 16 graded for the catalog number. PMG Pop 1/2 Finer.
