500 Rupien, 2nd September 1912, serial number 00242. Predominantly purple, Kaiser Wilhelm II at left. An impressive rare, large size highest denomination note missing even in many advanced collections. Whilst the 50 and 100 Rupien are commonly encountered, the 500 is by far more elusive. A solid example of this impressive note. PMG Comments "Thinning, Rust."
