This note is rare in any state of preservation and highly so above the Very Fine grade. This lightly circulated example is simply stunning in visual terms with brilliant blue hues making up the intricate TDLR border design and pleasing green inks within the under-printing. This mid-grade note is comment free, which is quite uncommon for this elusive type. This is the finest example we have handled for the variety, and it is worthy of a premium bid.
