5 pounds, 1st September 1951, Salisbury, serial number C/17 004,558. Blue and brown on pink and light green, George VI at right, factory lower center, the reverse shows Victoria Falls. The highest denomination of the series. A nice example that has seen moderate even circulation with nice colors present. Only eight notes in the PMG population report for both the September 1950 and September 1951 dates.
