Printed by TDLR. This elusive color trial specimen variety is not yet listed on PMG's population report. This color trial features a design consisting of a dark brown border design and yellow undertint, whereas the production version would have a brown border design and a green undertint. Scarce, and surely missing from even the most advanced Commonwealth collection. The 1903-28 series was issued for the Turks & Caicos Islands, with issued notes being next to impossible to locate, and proofs/specimens for notes are incredibly difficult to obtain. An important piece of banknote printing history. PMG comments "Counterfoil Included, Previously Mounted".
