MEMORIA FELIX, altar with eagle on either side, PLN in exergue, 7.01g (RIC, 110) about very fine, some flattening here and there but otherwise attractive and bold. Excellent bright portrait; v) BI Follis, as i-iii, 9.90g, good fine, toned, slightly worn to reverse; Constantine I, 'The Great' (5): A Selection of Nummi, all with laureate, draped and cuirassed bust on obverse unless indicated: vi) PRINCIPI IVVENTVTIS, emperor standing to facing, head to left, holding two standards; PLN in exergue, 6.05g, (RIC, 112) good fine; vii) COMITI AVGG NN, Sol standing left, holding globe and whip, star in right field, PLN in exergue, 3.97g, (RIC, 153) lustrous, good very fine; viii) Sol standing left, with chlamys across shoulders and raised right hand, holding globe with left hand; S-F across fields, PLN in exergue, 3.39g, (RIC, 8) about good very fine; ix) AADVENTVS AVG, emperor on horseback left, right hand raised, left holding spear, horse treading upon seated captive to left, star to right, PLN in exergue, 5.32g, (RIC, 133) slightly worn but about very fine; x) As before, 5.93g, porous, fine (3); Crispus, as Caesar, (3): xi) CRISPVS NOBIL C, laureate and cuirassed bust left, holding spear and shield rev. BEAT TRANQLITAS, globe set on altar inscribed VOTIS XX in three lines; three stars above, PLON in exergue, 3.36g (RIC, 279) darkly toned, slightly grainy, good fine; xii) as before, but with helmeted and cuirassed bust to obverse, 3.36g (RIC, 275) good very fine near extremely fine, bright and bold; xiii) rev. PROVIDENTIAE CAESS, Camp gate with two turrets, without doors, star above; six stone layers; PLON in exergue, 3.66g (RIC, 295) Extremely fine, bright and toned; xiv) Allectus, BI Antoninianus, radiate draped and cuirassed bust right rev. FIDES MILITVM, Fides standing left, holding signum in each hand; S-P across fields, C in exergue, 5.25g, (RIC, 70) good very fine, slight crack to edge of flan but otherwise well-struck and imposing, rare; xv) Fausta, Wife of Constantine I, AE Follis, Draped bust right, wearing necklace rev. Salus standing left, holding two infants in her arms, PLON in exergue, 2.83g, (RIC, 300) slightly softened but otherwise good fine (15).
