Reverse legend: 'By the grace of God, the coin of precious metal in Khurasan became the succour and support for the King of the Faith, 'Ali b. Musa Reza'. Album 2735; KM 353. Good VF. Rare.

In exchange for helping the Safavid ruler Tahmasp II reconquer Isfahan in AH 1142, Nadir Shah was appointed viceroy in Khurasan and allowed to strike anonymous coins
