MACEDON. Sermyle. Circa 500 BC. Obol (Silver, 11 mm, 0.95 g). Horse prancing to left on a base ornamented with a line of dots; above horse's back, pellet; below horse, spiral with a dot at the center. Rev. Quadripartite incuse square. SNG ANS 728. Very rare. Beautifully toned and struck, a lovely coin. Extremely fine.
