CARTHAGE. Circa 290-270 BC. Stater (Electrum, 19 mm, 7.49 g, 11 h). Head of Tanit to left, wearing grain wreath, triple-pendant earring and pearl necklace with ten pendants. Rev. Horse standing to right on a single exergual line; no visible pellets. CNP 2.6b. MAA 13. Cf. Jenkins & Lewis Group VI, 316. Clear, attractive and toned. Minor scratches in the die, otherwise, extremely fine.
