Estados Unidos 50 Centavos 1918/7 AU55 PCGS, Mexico City mint, KM446. Reduced size type. A stunning overdate issue and while not as dramatic as many others within this very auction, remains a key to series. While precluded from a coveted Mint State designation by the presence of trivial friction to the highpoints, the piece retains ample details throughout and an abundance of residual luster usually reserved for finer designations. Only two rank finer in PCGS.
