Charioteer, holding kentron and reins, driving fast quadriga left; above, Nike flying right, crowning charioteer with wreath; [R]ŠMLQ[RT] ("Raš Melqart" in Punic) in exergue / Wreathed head of Arethousa left; four dolphins swimming around.
