Diademed head of the deified Alexander right, with horn of Ammon / Athena Nikephoros seated left, left arm resting on shield, transverse spear in background; monogram to inner left, BY below throne, ornate trident in exergue. Callataÿ Group 3, obv. die D43; Müller 218; HGC 3, 1406. Toned, slightly weak strike at high points, a little roughness. Good VF. Attractive late Hellenistic style.
