Female Moche Figure. An outstanding Moche figure from Peru, ca. 200 – 700 AD. This standing female is 5" high and is depicted with hands held to the chest. She is wearing a long dress and is adorned with large ear ornaments, bracelets and a broad segmented collar. Rare purple paint on the dress, as well as white pigment remnants. Intact, good mineral deposits. Ex Caravallo collection. Value range $375 - $500.
