Colima Incensario Lid. A marvelous Colima incensario lid from West Mexico, ca. 300 BC – 300 AD. This exceptional example is 3-3/4" high and depicts a ceremonial hut covered with spikes resembling the sacred Ceiba tree. In perfect condition, with good calcification, paint remnants, root marks and mineral deposits. Ex Rendon collection. Value range $210 - $300.
