UMAYYAD: AE fals (2.88g), Taliqan, ND, A-K205, abbreviated mint name as on the 'Abbasid fals type A-337C; ornate tamgha in obverse center, denomination sittin b'al-dirham ("sixty to the dirham") below the mint name on the reverse; unpublished and presumed unique, F-VF, RRRR. This and the following lot are the first known Umayyad fulus of Taliqan, also known for some extremely rare Abbasid fulus from the AH150s.
