ISLAMIC: OTTOMAN EMPIRE: LOT of 127 silver akçes, including Murad II (1421-1444, 1446-1451) (20 pcs) including one example of the rare AH824 series, a couple of the 825, the rest of the common 834 series; and Mehmet II (1444-1446, 1451-1481) (107 pcs) mostly of the common AH855 and 865 series, but also a few of the 875, one of the 885 and one of the rare 886 series; most VF condition, with some much nicer, and a few with typical striking flaws; retail value $1000, lot of 127 pieces.
