HAMDANID: Murtada al-Dawla Abu Nasr, 1009-1016, BI dirham (4.80g) (Halab), DM/ND, A-752, citing the Fatimid Imam al-Hakim; this appears to be the first example outside museums, some weakness and double-striking on the reverse, Fine, RRRR. Murtada al-Dawla may not be related to the Hamdanids, but is known to have been effectively a Fatimid governor.
