TIMURID: Timur, 1370-1405, AR heavy dinar (6.99g), NM, ND, A-2374, citing the nominal Chaghatayid overlord Suyurghatmish, lovely strike, minimal weakness, perhaps the nicest example we've seen; weight standard derived from the last issues of the Kart dynasty struck at Herat (dated AH782), EF, R. Struck at undetermined mints in the Khorasan province or nearby, circa AH786-790, mostly without mint and date.
