INDIA, Kushan Empire. Kanishka I. Circa AD 127-151. CU Drachm (16mm, 3.32 g, 12h). Kashmir mint. Kanishka, diademed and crowned, standing facing, head left, holding goad and scepter, sacrificing over altar to left; ca in Kharosthi to upper left / Oado running left, holding up cloak behind him; tamgha to left. MK –, but cf. 817 (ji on obv.); ANS Kushan –, but cf. 700-3 (same); Donum Burns –, but cf. 218 (same). Earthen dark green patina. Near VF. Struck on a compact flan.
