GALATIA, Pessinus(?). Vespasian. AD 69-79. Æ (20mm, 7.08 g, 7h). Glaeus Pomeius Collega, legatus Augusti. Laureate head right / Turreted and veiled bust of Cybele right. RPC II 1627; SNG Righetti 1750; SNG Levante 888 (Pompeiopolis). Red-brown patina, porosity, small spot of stable green deposits. Good Fine. Rare.

Due to the lack of a city ethnic and find spots miles away from Pessinus, the attribution to this city is still in question.
