The Triumvirs. Octavian. Autumn 32-summer 31 BC. AR Denarius (20mm, 3.24 g, 6h). Uncertain mint in Italy (Rome?). Diademed head of Venus right / Octavian advancing left, extending arm and holding spear. CRI 397; RIC I 251; RSC 70. Deeply toned, banker's mark on obverse, porosity, scratches and a couple light scrapes. Good Fine.
