Radiate and diademed head of Antiochus IV right; Δ over X (denomination mark) behind / BAΣIΛEΩΣ ANTIOXOY, goddess seated left, holding Nike; bird standing left at feet; countermark: Nike advancing right. SC 1508. HGC 9, 635. Extremely rare; this is apparently the first time an example of this type has been auctioned publicly in at least a decade. Green patina with earthen highlights.
