Jovian (AD 363-364). AV solidus (22mm, 4.44 gm, 5h).  Antioch, June AD 363-February AD 364. D N IOVIAN-VS PEP AVG, pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust of Jovian right, bust seen from front / SECORITA-S (sic) REI-PVBLICAE, Roma, enthroned facing, and Constantinopolis, enthroned left, foot on prow, supporting between them a shield inscribed VOT/V/MVLT/X, ANT S in exergue. RIC 223 variant (reverse legend misspelled). Cohen 8 variant (same). Depeyrot 18/2 (same). Rare, with an unusual misspelling in the reverse legend. A few light surface marks, otherwise well struck.
