DN VALENTINI-ANVS PF AVG, rosette-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust of Valentinian right, bust seen from front / VICTORIA AVGVSTORVM, Victory seated right on cuirass, shield behind, holding in her lap and inscribing shield with VOT/X/MVL/XX, chi-rho in lower right filed, AN OBΓ in exergue. RIC IX 22b (R3) (unlisted mint officina). Cohen 49. Very rare reverse type. A few minor surface defects on cheek. NGC (photo-certificate) Choice AU 5/5 - 3/5.
