D N THEODO-SIVS P F AVG, pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust of Theodosius right, bust seen from front / CONCORDI-A AVGGGA, Constantinopolis enthroned facing on throne ornamented with lion heads, foot on ship's prow, holding scepter in right hand and resting left on a shield inscribed VOT/V/MVLT/X; CONOB in exergue.
