D N THEODO - SIVS P F AVG, helmeted, diademed and cuirassed facing bust of Theodosius, head turned slightly right, holding spear over right shoulder and shield with horseman motif on left arm / VOT XXX - MVLT XXXX B, Constantinopolis seated left, holding cross on globe in right hand and scepter in left, star in right field, CONOB in exergue.
