AEL P VLCH-ERIA AVG, pearl-diademed and draped, bust of Pulcheria right, wearing necklace and earring, crowned by hand of God reaching down from above with wreath / VICTORI-A AVGGG, Victory standing left, holding long jeweled cross, star in right field, CONOB in exergue.
