Augustus (27 BC-AD 14). AR barbaric "denarius" (18mm, 3.51 gm, 4h). East Danube region, Getaean or Celtic imitation, early 1st century AD. Partially blundered legend, laureate head of Augustus right / Partially blundered legend, Gaius and Lucius Caesares standing facing, with two shields, with a spear behind each; above, simpulum and lituus.
