AD 1005-1025. + IhS XIS RЄX RЄςNANTInM, facing bust of Christ, nimbate, holding book of Gospels; crescents in upper quarters of nimbus / + bASIL Є COnSTAnTI b R, crowned busts of Basil on the left, wearing loros and being crowned from above by manus Dei, and Constantine on the right, draped, holding long cross between them. Sear 1800. DOC 6a. Relatively high relief, with just a little bit of die rust evident on the obverse. Good Extremely Fine.
