Portuguese Colony - Maria I and Pedro III Macuta 1770 Mule, KM20, Gomes-03.01, MS64 Brown PCGS. An exceptionally rare mule featuring the obverse of Maria I and Pedro III with a dated reverse of 1770, which correlates to the reign of Jose I (1750-1777). An absolutely incredible piece with rich, brown surfaces and underlying reddish luster in a practically unbeatable grade. According to Gomes, there are only four known examples in existence. Currently, of the three pieces certified, this coin is the finest.
